From Concept to Completion at IIP

Extrusion blow molding is a manufacturing process used for forming hollow plastic parts. It involves extruding a heated, tubular piece of plastic, called a parison, into a mold. Air is then introduced into the parison, inflating it to conform to the mold's shape. This method is particularly effective for creating items with consistent wall thickness and high durability.

We leverage this process to produce an array of products, with a special focus on HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) for its robustness and adaptability. Our product line includes sturdy bottles tailored for diverse storage needs. A standout example of our manufacturing prowess is the creation of grease cartridges, as illustrated in the adjacent image. These cartridges are a testament to our dedication to precision and excellence.

But our capabilities at IIP extend beyond mere manufacturing. We offer end-to-end solutions, encompassing everything from the initial design concept to the production of the final product. This includes crafting bespoke blow molds, ensuring that each item precisely meets our clients' specific needs. At IIP, we take pride in being a comprehensive provider, assisting our clients through every step of the journey from an idea to a fully realized, high-quality product.
